What is nation : A nation is a body of person who despite differences of race ,caste , religion, language, clothing share a common history and regard a particular country as Motherland or Fatherland or Holyland .
 Nationalism: It is a feeling or sentiments of having an independent nation . The factors which promote the feeling of nationalism are - common motherland, common race, common religion, common history, common interest, common culture or geographical unity etc.
State : State refers to the political organisation that displays sovereignty both within geographical border and in relation to other sovereign entities. Sovereignty is essential for the state .

 1: Abolition of Privilege based on Birth : He did away with all privileges based on Birth , established equality before law and secured the right to property.
 2: Simplified of Administration: Napoleon introduced simple administrative division in many parts like Dutch Republic, Switzerland, Italy and Germany.He abolished the feudal system and freed peasant from serfdom and Manorial dues .
  3:,Removal of Guild Restrictions:There were many guild restrictions which hampered the growth of manufacturing.After coming to power , Napoleon removed this restrictions.
 4: Improvement of Infrastructure: He improved transport, communication, monetary system etc.
 5: Freedom of Trade : peasant ,artisans , workers and new businessmen , producer of small products ,began to realise that uniform laws , standardised weights and measures and exchange of goods and capital from one to another region.
Congress of Vienna: The Congress of Vienna was a conference of ambassadors of European states, chaired by the Austrian Chancellor Duke  Matternich . It was held from November 1814 to June 1915 . it's objective was to redraw the political map of Europe after settling the disputes arising from the French Revolutionary war, Napoleonic war etc .

Both are same . Treaty Vienna me Hui thi aur political party congress thi isliye ise treaty of Vienna or Congress of Vienna bola jata hai .
